Delivery
- Free Delivery: We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £35.00 (excluding VAT) within the UK.
- Standard Delivery: Orders under £35.00 (excluding VAT) have a P&P charge of just £3.48 (UK only).
- Order Processing: If you order before 11:00 AM (Monday-Friday), your item will be made and shipped the same day or the next latest.
- Delivery Method: We use Royal Mail for fast delivery within the UK.
Returns Policy
- 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or replacement for any non-personalised item.
- Return Shipping Costs: For non-faulty returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For faulty or incorrect items, Rubber Stamp King will provide a pre-paid label or refund the return postage cost.
- Personalised & Customised Goods: In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, items made to your specific specification (customised stamps) are non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, or do not match the approved artwork.
- How to Start a Return: Please contact us at 01206 827766 or via our contact page to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.
