Delivery
- **Free Delivery:** We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £35.00 (excluding VAT) within the UK.
- **Standard Delivery:** Orders under £35.00 (excluding VAT) have a P&P charge of just £3.48 (UK only).
- **Order Processing:** If you order before 11:00 AM (Monday-Friday), your item will be made and shipped the same day or the next latest.
- **Delivery Method:** We use Royal Mail for fast delivery within the UK.
Returns

**30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Faulty or Non-Faulty Items):**
You have **30 days** from the date of delivery to return any item (excluding personalised goods, see below) for a refund or replacement.
For non-faulty returns (change of mind/buyer's remorse), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. - **Personalised/Customised Items:** We accept returns only if the received item doesn't match the approved artwork or if it's damaged or faulty.
- **Replacements:** In such cases (faulty or incorrect items), we'll send a replacement free of charge and cover the cost of return shipping.
Warranties
- **Guaranteed Products:** All our products come with a full guarantee.
- **Satisfaction Guarantee:** If you're not satisfied with a product, let us know, and we'll arrange a replacement without hassle.
